15 + years for total health care experience working with 5+ years of Experience in Health Care Testing with comprehensive knowledge of standard formal testing procedures and techniques and software development life cycle. Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments. Experience with Requirement Analysis, Test Plans and writing Test Cases. Extensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) techniques and methodologies. Ability to work with complex test data and setup. Performed different kinds of testing which includes Black-Box testing, Smoke Testing, System Integration Testing, Functional testing, Regression Testing, End-to-End Testing, UAT Testing. Expertise in Problem solving & defect Tracking Reports using Defect Tracking Tools (Jira, ALM). Experience in testing enrollment, claims (1500 and UB04) processing and billing in QNXT and VUE360 and Flexi. Strong understanding experience for creating test cases for different EDI transaction like 837, 834, 277, 271, with focus on EDI 835, supplemental and control and error reports. Experience in Integration testing of claims and billing flow from QNXT to FLEXI and validation of provider payment through PAYSPAN (clearing house). Familiar with healthcare working environment, standards, business, and delivery process. Have strong experience in preparing test summary reports and communicating testing status and defects to the developers. Efficient in interacting with developers and other business team members to ensure high quality software is delivered.
