Its a Commercial maintenance position. so fix all the corporate offices and all the satelite offices around the city of pittsburgh. I also work on the owners personal homes. Jobs are Plumbing, Electrical, carpentry, snow removal, light hvac work, drywall, painting, remodeling and basically anything else they ask me to do. Every day is interesting.

Colebrook was a apartment management company. i was in charge of taking care of 10 building and 191 apartments. again i was doing everything from plumbing, electrical, carpentry, kitchen installs and renovations same with bathroom remodeling, replacing exterior doors, hvac and snow removal. i really did a ton of stuff and was proud of how i left there. in the 6 years i was there they gave me 7 different people i trained and some worked out lots didn't just because they lacked work ethic and attention to detail but the shop and place was a mess when i started and slowly over time i improved everything about the properties and management also had a lot of trust in me and my judgement so they really also gave me the ability to do what i thought needed to be done and i appreciate that feeling of teamwork and trust.

• Reduced the spread of germs by sanitizing high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs and handrails.
• Supported waste management efforts by collecting trash, recycling materials, and disposing of them properly.
• I also worked in the student union building so on top of doing my typical cleaning route i had to set rooms up for events and meeting and on the weekends i was in charge of setting up the ballroom and other rooms in the buildings for events going on over the weekend.
