  • Managed teams of production workers, ensuring timely completion of technical installations and events.
  • Improved production efficiency by streamlining processes through the implementation of custom system designs that simplified user interfaces.
  • Improved production efficiency by working with various vendors and contractors to design systems (including infrastructure elements) that were specific to audio visual and entertainment events(i.e. systems utilizing DANTE, Crestron NVX, BSS Audio Architect, Sony SRG, etc technologies).
  • Oversaw HD introduction to GSR (Grand Sierra Resort) Audio Visual Department through the purchases of Blackmagic Design ATEM's, Sony HD Broadcast cameras, Barco HD projectors and 16x9 screens.
  • Designed systems; that are AV over IP networks utilizing Extreme Networks, Netgear, DANTE, Audio Architect, Sony SRG, NovaStar Processing (NovaStar H series) and Crestron.
