· As the Senior Financial Advisor and Special Project role is to advise the Executive Director and leadership team on financial strategies and policies that support the mission and goals of the agency.

Responsibility includes expertise in public sector finance, HUD regulations, risk management and housing development finance, including complex funding structures

• Oversee of daily and year-end accounting procedures, preparation and oversight of $45 million annual budget and $1 million operating subsidy calculation
• Oversee of unaudited and audited FDS schedule and submittal to REAC, supervision preparation of audit work papers and oversee preparation of annual audit
• Allocation of $45 million to specific programs and properties
• Oversaw preparation audit work papers and annual audit
• Presentation of monthly financials to Board of Commissioners at monthly Board Meetings Assist Executive Directors as requested
• Implantation of AvidXchange (Accounts payable Software)

• Oversaw daily and year-end accounting procedures, preparation of $450 million annual budget and $9 million operating subsidy calculation
• Preparation of unaudited FDS schedules and submittal FDS to REAC
• Oversaw high-volume accounting operations with 5-person team focused on efficient budget administration, AP/AR and other financial management needs

• Tax, business and bookkeeping consultation
• Preparation of financial statements and operating my own business

• Preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary and payroll tax returns
