  • Oversee all areas of youth ministry: Sunday School, Wednesday night activities, camps, retreats, and events
  • Disciple young students and teaching them what it truly means to be a disciple of Jesus
  • Equip students to lead in ministry and understand how holiness can be lived out through our lives
  • Delegate responsibilities to team of youth workers to effectively minister to our students
  • Direct youth worship band, teaching students how to use their gift for God, to grow their skills, and work as a team
  • Manage youth social media page, as well as photography and videography for youth events
  • Fill in for preaching when needed.
