Additional Information

During My's agency last Joint Commission Survey in March 2023, the Surveyor, commended me highly, stated I went above and beyond expected services to the agency and patient care. That I was very specific, meticulous, goal oriented and thorough.


One physician informed my's agency, he was impressed with the way I took care of his patient, and referred additional patient to our services for me to provide their home care services.


One patient called our agency after I completed the SOC assessment for care, she reported I was the best nurse she ever had, for bring her hope and life into her life. She stated I was informative about her health issues and made her feel better, mentally and physically, she has hope for her future outcome now, she looking forward to all her visit with me.
