As a Statewide Screener, I was responsible for evaluating and screening families across the state to determine their eligibility and appropriateness for specific intervention, programs or services, ensuring alignment with established criteria and guidelines.

  • Initiate the investigative process for all assigned intake reports, to include substantiating allegations through sound social work practice.
  • Responsible for making all necessary contracts with collaterals, initial reporters and others deemed pertinent for the purpose of ascertaining the need for intervention or the type of intervention warranted.
