Nelia-Ena Castillo

I have worked a long time in the service industry, and really enjoyed my time doing so. I am a very hard worker, and love to continually expand my skills. I got promoted a lot at my last job in a short period of time because of my work ethic. I would have loved to finish my server training and continue working there, but I moved for college. I commuted during the beginning of fall 2023, to help them find and train new staff members. During my time there I worked all the busy days around 5 days a week, while full time in school. I am an extremely committed employee who seeks to flourish in everything I do. Moving in with my dad and switching to community college has been an adjustment, so I haven´t worked much. I have been helping my single father take care of my younger sisters, and I work with my dad every so often. My dad owns an autobody company so there I do office work, assist him, and clean. Now that things have settled down at home, I have been working with beets hospitality. I love working there, however do not plan to stay long due to the pay. The schedules are monthly so it is perfect to manage with another job. I will be prioritizing spending my weekends with you guys as serving a at a restaurant is more of my goal.
