Firearms Enthusiast, competition shooter
Have been involved in the shooting sports since 1994. Competed vigorously for about 15 years mainly in USPSA matches. Although much less frequent I still compete from time to time in informal and non sanctioned competitions. I'm proficient in pistol, rifle and long range rifle disciplines. I have trained and shot with members of local law enforcement and special teams and was previously a MPTC firearms instructor. I enjoy teaching new people to shoot and safely handle firearms and have done so for over 20 years. I enjoy helping other officers and civilians diagnose issues with their technique in order to improve their qualification scores and general ability and skills.
