Servers are responsible for providing high-quality service to guests in the hotel’s dining areas, ensuring a satisfying dining experience.
This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Greet guests and present them with menus and daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have everything they need.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages.
• Clear tables throughout the dining experience and provide dessert menus and coffee.
• Maintain cleanliness and mise en place of work areas and tables.
• Previous serving experience preferred, especially in a hotel or fine dining setting.
• Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide hospitality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members.
