Through time and experience, I have learned the foundations that it takes in order to be efficient with delivering exceptional retail service delivery. I always like to keep an open mind at all times to ensure I can gain perspective and experience from different situations that I may go through. Being at the frontline of service has allowed for me to be able to understand the ethology that branches may see on an everyday basis. Computing skills are also something I believe I have mastered from using them on a daily basis for completing tasks at work and at school. As stated previously, any skills that I am still currently developing or have yet to do so, I am open and motivated to learn them.
