•Typical grounds in the morning such as picking up trash , cleaning around dumpster areas/ picking up small garbage.

• Apartment turns :

- Replacing outlets / covers

- Replacing light fixtures

- Paint walls if necessary

- Changing out Toilet Valve/ Seat

- Replacing/Putting Doors and Hinges

- Heavy lifting Dryers , Washers , Stoves

- Replacing cabinets/ Cabinet hinges

•I also do work orders whenever a resident needs something replaced / fixed I try to get done ASAP

• Repaired or replaced faulty wiring, switches, relays, and other electrical components.

• Clean Pool when it’s Summer time or when temps start to go up

•Test levels to see if PHC or Chlorine is good

• Taking out office trash

• Making sure maintenance shop is clean

• Always making sure Golf cart is charged for next day

• Made sure Gym was clean as well and well maintained

• Delegated tasks to multiple employees while maintaining efficient workplace.
• Read and interpreted work order specifications and information to plan, schedule and carry out jobs effectively.
• Mentored and coached staff by giving employees suggestions and feedback to improve job performance.
