In this position I was selected to be apart of the Leadership team.
In this Leadership position I oversaw the same previous duties as a Human service specialist lll (3), although I was in charge of a team and evaluating cases and answering questions regarding workflow policies to help workers understand and determine eligibility for State programs.
During the beginning 2020, our team was all sent home to work remotely; during all of this Our team was picked to Pilot the NEW ONE integrated System for the state of Oregon. The new system included all programs in to ONE program. SNAP, ERDC, MAGI medical and Non-Magi medical.
Our team was the first in line to test out the new system and report out on any problems on the system.
Being in this new position, we must update policy and procedures daily for our teams.

As a Team Member i would greet customers that are walking into the theater.
Answer customer questions in person and over the phone. Charge customers for services and products sold. Review customers ID to ensure the person submitting the credit card or check is the same person.
Explained to customers the policy and procedures of the theater regarding age-appropriate movies and services. When needed required ID to ensure the customer is of age to be allowed to watch the film. Explained to customers the company’s policies regarding outside food, ages, and all services provided.
When customers are requesting a private party, I helped defined and review the contract terms and fees when booking a private party.
As a team member, we assigned daily duties/location. Depending on the assignment for that shift, my duties changed.
In all areas, I was responsible for reading and understanding the procedures and policy of that work station. I would document in daily logs what product was being shipped, returned, or stored. Verify product number with the orders forms to ensure the product was accurate and all account.
Once all information was reviewed and matched with stores orders, I would load the trailer and marked of order complete in the company logs. When receiving products into the warehouse, I would review order forms, and as I unloaded the product mark of each document as received. We used several tech equipment scans in all incoming products.
