- Ensure the processing of each sale and order until invoicing and delivery, ensuring deadlines,

Update the sales statistical tables and turnover output at the week's and month's end. Possibly propose commercial offers to customers.
- Prepare meetings (defining the agenda, writing the minutes) and attend them.
- Register the order (telephone and email), check the fulfillment conditions (delivery times, packaging method), and inform the customer or salesperson.
- Follow the payment elements of orders (payment, invoicing) or transmit to the relevant department (accounting, litigation)
- Establish quotes and transmit data on technical and commercial terms (planning, price, payment) to customers and sales agents.
- Prepare the different promotions of the year (Choice of products, Different discounts, Supervision of posters, etc.) and new arrivals (intermediary between sales and marketing)(on excel)
- Archive of sales documents.
- Ensure customer follow-up by executing email responses.
- Manage the E-commerce site (WordPress) (entry of new products (image, description, price, tag, category, brand), design management, orders, change of banners
- Train new salespeople.
- Virtual assistant (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook.)
