▪ Manage a team of eight Badge Administrators
▪ Oversee Badging process is run effectively and efficiently
▪ Delegate work duties to staff to attain objectives
▪ Maintain work schedule for NIH Badge Administrators
▪ Delegate work shift coverage accordingly
▪ Responsible for training and cross training existing employees
▪ Responsible for communicating directly with Program Administrator and Program Manager
▪ Ensures safe and secure work environment
▪ Updates staff on new policies and procedures
▪ Create and issue HHS PIV government ID Badges to employees, contractors, and affiliates at NIH
▪ Create and issue NIH Legacy Badges to patients, patient visitors, extended visitors, volunteers, retirees, etc.
▪ Troubleshoot HHS PIV government ID Badge issues (ex. certs, pin resets, access, damaged badges, lost badges, etc.)
▪ Assist with data and systems maintenance initiatives, including cross-system maintenance, data cleanup, new
▪ product coordination, etc.
▪ Daily operation and upkeep of technology (scanner, PC/laptop, Datacard printer, camera, etc.)
