  • Reconcile bank accounts, mostly the incoming payments received on a daily basis from individual clients and companies who are remitting the agents' commission. All payments, may it be commissions or sales payment which are received via corporate traditional paper checks which are mostly corporate are done separately and laboriously to ensure proper payment recording and reconciled properly to effect proper account crediting.
  • Responsible for verifying, classifying and posting of accounts receivable data from various companies who have remitted their commission payments vis-à-vis with the summaries of payments received by the company shall be reconciled and posted accordingly.
  • Ensure that the electronic payment submitted to the company is indeed reliable and verifiable data as summarized initially and coordinated with the company.
  • Ensure that all receivables from internal and external customers have been collected prior any submission of commission payment processing shall be in close collaboration with the Travel Agents and/or and Branch Managers and other accounting departments and external customers. Increased tracking efficiency of incoming payments by 30% thru creating systems to accurately record data.
