My Name is Nevaeh Farhat. I am 19 years old, I was born in Clarion and raised in Fort dodge.Growing up there was always this feeling in me that I would want to provide assistance to those in need.. My first ever job was at a daycare, at that moment I knew lending a hand to those in need was what I wanted to do.As I got older I realized there is so much more I could do to give back to the community so I went and got my licenses to become a CNA..I now work at a Friendship Haven as a part-time CNA while going to school to obtain an associate degree in nursing.. My biggest strength is building strong relationships with peers. throughout life I always found it easy to build strong connections with residents ranging from small talk conversations or little things like remembering their routines. One of my major weaknesses is asking for help. At times I find myself trying to do things on my own because I don't want to be a burden to others that may also have a lot going on, there is times where I try to make it a habit to step out of my comfort zone and ask for help when I need so I can try and improve and break that bad habit of not asking.
