I am a strongly motivated individual when it comes to fostering a workplace centered around inclusion through a non-judgmental lens. Currently I am an assistant lead at Aurora Medical Center, and have strived to make a positive impact by learning American Sign Language to communicate with my deaf coworker, always offering a non-judgmental ear for any of my coworkers or patient's family members when they express they need one most, and by analyzing shift operations to see where and how to better improve team efficiency. I have an immense passion for mental health that allowed me to also become a published author for a book centered around bringing people together on such a crucial aspect of life, which is our mental health. Due to work and life experience, I am a highly motivated individual who can offer a strong blend of hard and soft skills.
Currently I am an undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee studying psychology. I am looking to make a career shift to pursue my passion in life which is advocating and supporting others in any way possible. When looking to the future, I wish to pursue graduate school for either psychology or social work. I am excited to someday share my passion with the world and continue to make a positive impact every chance I can.
