▪ Once property was purchased I was put in charge of overseeing the renovation of the 112 room property. Was able to come under budget and, able to open the property on time.

▪ Was responsible of fully staffing the property and establishing all 3rd party operating accounts from city to state tax accounts as well as but not limited to Utilities, Telecommunications, Suppliers, Franchise processes.

▪ I was awarded ownership percentage of the property due to my dedication, exemplary operations performance and Profitability of the hotel.

▪ Was promoted in less than 4 months to GM from Front Desk Supervisor.

▪ Was in charge of all aspects of hotel operations from Sales & Marketing to Housekeeping once put in the GM role.

▪ Was under budget on expense departments the major one being is I decreased overall payroll.
