With a previous voluntary job in coaching little league baseball, I bring a wealth of experience in fostering communication, leadership, and teamwork. My time on the field has honed my ability to connect with individuals of diverse backgrounds and ages, cultivating empathy and adaptability in navigating challenging situations. As I transition to a graduate school internship for school counseling, I am eager to leverage my coaching background to support students' social and emotional development, applying insights gained from managing team dynamics and resolving conflicts to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
