· Review the design drawings and raise the necessary RFIs for any conflicts between the contract’s documents (Scope of work, BOQ, Specification, Tender Documents, etc.)
· Assign the team to calculate the complete project materials BOQ as per IFC Drawings and compare the same to the contract BOQ.
· Coordinate with the estimation department to stand on the variances of the site calculated BOQ and prepared BOQ during the tender stage.
· Review and analyze the Budget sheets based on the project requirement.
· Create a list of Client's Steakholders/ authorities and identify all necessary Tie-Ins for necessary follow-up and coordination.
· Prepare the Staff Organization chart and Labor Histogram based on the allocated Budget until project end.
· Liaison with the procurement Department to finalize the bid summaries for the suppliers and Subcontractors in line with the budget for the various items and generate the Materials log accordingly.
· Make a value engineering for optimizing the design with cost saving of materials where possible.
· Coordinate with the project designer in all aspects including the issuance of the IFC drawings, equipment validation, etc.
· Prepare the detailed work plan and procurement schedule based on the base line programme and target plan of the main Contractor. Also, create the three weeks lookahead in line with the master plan and monitor the progress.
· Review all engineering deliverables including the preparation of engineering Log with the technical team.
· Identify and create a maser list for all released Authorities and plan for achieving the necessary documents to facilitate the Tie-Ins at Project completion.
· Ensure that all contractual and legal matters related to the project are dealt with properly and promptly, seeking advice and guidance from Operations Manager when necessary.
· Keep the Operations Manager informed of all problems and progress and seeking his assistance on problems which cannot be resolved on Project.
· Prepare the Project Monthly Management Report (PMMR) FOR THE Monthly Board meeting including the cost to complete, areas of concerns and engineering deliverables.
· Submit all necessary variations and follow-up for approval. also, maintain the record for any site damages (By others) and issue the site observation reports reserving the rights.
· Maintain a record of the delay events due to insufficient access and/or delays observed by other parties.
· Maintain an record of Clients Verbal/official site instructions and address the necessary notifications. Also, analyze the cost and time impact on the baseline programmes and establish the Extension of Time.
· Monitor Engineering department services (Engineering, drawings, surveying, value Engineering) related to projects under his control.
· Monitor, identify, and analyses all projects costs with a view of facilitating the completion of the projects at minimum cost and within budget limit.
· Coordinate with the Cost Control department for all Materials requirements to ensure the Budget is maintained.
· Coordinate with the client’s appointed and nominated contractors.
· Submit the Monthly objectives with targets to the management and assist the site team to establish the same.
· Preparation of all close-out documentation (Spare Parts, O& M Manuals, Warrantee Certificates and As Built drawings)
· Assist and coordinate the selection of the key staff required to fill both Technical and Administrative posts and establishing the organization structure of the project with HRD/ Project Managers.

• Overall Control of the company running projects and the Procurement, Engineering and Tendering Department. Support the Project Managers to address all site issues related to Engineering, Procurement, Work Execution Plan and Contractual Issues.

• Support the Q.S Department for finalizing the new projects Scope of work and BOQ against the Design Drawings.
• Support the Engineering Department for the Design Review and preparation of the Technical Submittals & QA/QC Deliverables.
• Support the Procurement Depart for order’s finalizations and awarding.
• Overall Control and Supervision of the company running projects and the Procurement, Engineering and Tendering Department. Support to the project & construction teams to in addressing and implementation of the contractual obligations under the contracts general and specific terms and conditions.
• Attend the Contractors/Consultants Weekly meetings, Finalize the Purchase Orders technically and commercially. Coordinate with the Oversees Recruitment agent for the additional skilled operatives per the demand to the running projects and conduct the necessary recruitment interviews when required.
• Submit a weekly report to the B.O.Ds for the running projects (Costing, achievements and revenues) and Future perspective view.
• Participate on the Project's negotiation at the tender stage until the successful project awarding.
• Manage the team of Maintenance for completed projects until the achievement of the final Completion Certificate
• Act as the team leader controlling all aspects of the works including Construction, Planning, Administration, Materials Procurement,
•Engineering, Safety and site works are done in line with the approved QA/QC Procedures (Work Method Statements and ITPs), Review of IFC Drawings and Contract’s Specification and BOQs, and raise the necessary RFIs and clarifications.
•Ensure that the works are completed on time, notifying the management of any delays and valuing the expected costs.
