• Managing a store Top 3 in the district, averaging 2,500 rxs weekly.
• Increase Rx count yearly by providing superior pt care.
• Ensure staffs follow proper workflow and comply with State Board/DEA regulations.
• Resolve any conflict among staffs and deescalate issues concerning patients.
• Setup Flu Clinics to improve community outreach and protect pts.
• Hiring and training techs, interns, and staff RPHs with various tasks.
• Ensure proper disposal of Hazmat/Outdates and no excess inventory.
• Delegate tasks to staffs and hold staffs accountable when needed.

• Work with physicians and insurances to assist in expediting prior auth or other issues.
• Immunize pts with various vaccines and utilize MTM to improve pts compliance.
• Check for drug-drug interaction and making sure prescriptions are accurately dispense.
• Consult pts on new prescriptions to ensure proper use of medications.
• Assist patients in OTC recommendations for minor diagnosis.
• Educate patients on Narcan to prevent opioid overdose.
• Type and fill rxs and assist RPHs with various tasks.
• Process monthly hazardous, outdates, and recall medications.
• Perform negative inventory reports and double check DEA records keeping
