  • Assemble conveyor or chute depended on order number
  • Read and deciphers schematics, blueprints and assembly instructions
  • Then select frame with ordered number, put it on stands, inspect it sometime need to deburr or tap thread again to secure part, then measure and mark it follow schematics
  • Pick up all parts with code number and put on the positions that marked on frame, then use hand tools and power tool to install parts and fasten it to frame
  • Put desk board on and align gaps on both edge equally
  • Install pulleys on both ends of conveyor and belts with order number and connect both trimmed ends by pins, align gap between vertical panel on both edges and adjust the tension of belt
  • Follow drive motor instructions, connect wires to motor to test speed, belt alignment, read the measure number of amp, voltage that is same allowance of manufacture and adjust the tension of belt again
  • If it is chute, check parts and select column with order number, measure and inspect the length and follow drawing instruction to determine where is the top or bottom to keep in critic allowance and beginning to build from here
  • The procedures including in hanging component parts by clamps, align it then drilling, tapping the holes, then check the length of chute and permitted allowance and fasten by screws and finish
