· Execute Texas Health's Learning Strategies in the areas of: EPIC system training, Revenue Cycle Workflow and Metrics, CXO Initiatives, Performance Gap Analysis, and Policy and Procedures.
· Analyze and develop best practices and operational guidelines to align with organizational initiatives.
