I was voted best teacher in Menchum division of the North west Region of Cameroon due to my achievements in improving students performances and increasing the overall performance of my school in national exams. My school witnessed a jump in overall pass percentage from 45.34% to 89.24% recording a 43.9 point increase. I also increased my class percentage pass from 57 percent to 98 percent and an increase in class average from 13.4 on 20 to 19.68 on 20. I was very happy the hard work I put in yielded fruits thanks to the fact that the new methods I used, and those I improvised on proved effective in getting the desired outcome.
