• Floated to different departments every shift including Emergency department, PCU, and ICU floors
• Started IV lines for all patients being admitted on the floor

• Managing Swan-Ganz catheters while performing the appropriate test to check the PAP, CVP and PWP for physicians and report abnormal findings to the physician.
• Assisting physicians with placing arterial line and central lines while making sure sterile field is maintained at all times
• Managing and monitoring patients on Intra-Aortic Balloon pump and Impella while reporting any changes in status to the physician immediately
• Performing hypothermia protocol per hospital guidelines and physician orders
• Starting and monitoring patients thoroughly and appropriately on CRRT.
