I have a Master of Divinity Degree (MDiv) in Hospice Chaplaincy. Although having limited experience, adequate experience in cultivating and shepherding community. Successful in providing discipleship, welcoming new patients, facilitating pastoral care, and preaching to community. Accomplished in contributing to spiritual formation and disciple-making efforts. As an Ordained Elder and Chaplain, excited to bring talent and spiritual leadership, along with other chaplains and the interdisciplinary staff , to help continuously grow hospice care. Mission-oriented as an Ordained Elder and Chaplain compassion and positive role model for elderly parishioners and patients serves well for this position. Highly accomplished in helping people strengthen personal relationships with God while providing growth opportunities. Skilled in spiritual leadership. As an empathetic person, spiritual heritage is predicted on LOVE. Although limited in years of experience assessing, developing and coordinating spiritual care plans for those that are in hospice care and/or transitioning. Being a dedicated person with quick study skills, well-organized and a respectful individual willing to go the extra mile, support, and do whatever it takes to ensure that the patient and their family are secured in their emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
