Niamh is a driven and highly results-orientated individual with strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills. A methodical director with several years of comprehensive experience in strategic management, project & event management, corporate communications and people management. Niamh excels in communication and working with people to collaborate and innovate together to achieve shared goals through productive, effective and streamlined approaches.
Niamh is originally from Dublin, Ireland and has been living in Chicago since 2020 and has permanent residency (Green Card). Niamh took a career break to have two children in 2023 and 2025, but she continues to work as a consultant during this time on projects with the Aura Holohan Group.

#valuable is a global business campaign which called on global leaders and businesses across the world to recognize the value of the one billion people living with a disability by putting disability inclusion on their boardroom agendas.
Niamh undertook a temporary sponsored secondment to work as the Communications Manager on the #valuable campaign (www.thevaluable500.com) led by award-winning activist, social entrepreneur and Binc founder Caroline Casey, who is registered blind. The campaign reached over 31.2 million in 2017 (source: https://www.wearesevenhills.com/) and has been supported by leading global business leaders, including Paul Polman (CEO of Unilever), Reid Hoffman (Co-Founder of LinkedIn) and Dan Brookes (Chief Marketing Officer of Channel Four).
