• Activated off-shore creative production teams to improve resourcing and reduce production costs
At MRM I led marketing operations for Cisco digital marketing and the Cisco.com experience design team where I established an 8-person PMO dedicated to experience creation. Key achievements include establishing an offshore creative production team, increasing contractor staffing by 20%, and standardizing the MRM operating model and staff management practices for Cisco and other agency clients.
My responsibilities included managing a global team responsible for Cisco email strategy and activation, demand generation, and sales enablement. I owned global strategy, operations, and managed a team of 32 marketing operations specialists, activation managers, and Eloqua developers.
EMEA marketing operations and campaign strategy lead. Responsibilities included managing regional campaign execution processes, regional template development, data privacy policy creation, platform management, and regional campaign strategy.
Led global Cisco Campaign planning and activation for networking, collaboration, and service provider business units. Owned operating model development for digital interactive content platforms and Cisco.com microsites.
