In my role as a Customer Service Administrator, I work with professionals to service their business and personal insurance policies. My duties include creating and sending certificates of insurance, endorsing policies with changes, submitting claims, providing premium breakdowns and policy composites, explaining coverages and premium changes. I have also assisted our billing team with billing renewed Agency-Billed policies and took over reception duties while ours was out of the office.
