As Vice President of Talent Management at Oregon Health & Science University since September 2023, I focus on delivering strategic human capital solutions to align with organizational goals. My expertise in training and development, project management, and employee management supports the creation of impactful talent strategies that drive a thriving workplace environment.

  • Partnered with SullivanCotter to build and implement a Career Architecture Framework. Introduced a new Framework for all unclassified personnel across the organization, impacting approximately 10,000 unclassified employees.
  • Created a Workforce Steering Committee to build a training requirement policy and streamline required compliance courses across the organization.
  • Implemented a system-wide onsite resuscitation training platform (RQI) for approximately 8,000 healthcare employees across the organization. Introduced micro learning techniques creating training efficiencies and saving over $1 million dollars over the life of the contract and client satisfaction.
  • Led cross-functional teams to implement DEI strategic initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness. Launched a Belonging initiatives that impacted all levels of leadership and employee levels.
