I have worked in all aspects within the department. During my time within NFS, I have taken on our Enterprise, Routing, Scrubbing, Presales and other duties. While working these I have handled escalations from our Field Leadership, supporting departments, customers, and internally. In my free time between tasks, I have mentored and trained agents, created training and process documents, and acted as a reliable resource to my people leaders and peers.
I worked with our customers on the writings of their policies, processing their relative's paper work on their passing's, billing related issues, and general account management.
I studied and passed all exams to obtain my Pharmacy Technician license. I worked closely with our customer's medications, billing inquires, doctor's requests, and overall customer service within the store.
