A McDonald's Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership to crew and other managers during
a shift to ensure great QSC to our Customers. Shift Managers plan for each shift, monitor performances
during the shift , take action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitor safety,
security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a
great shift too. Shift Managers are also responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping
meet assigned goals.

• Efficiently unloaded and inspected incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and quality control
• Efficiently loaded trucks with carts filled and strapped into truck making sure everything is safe based
on protocol and rules
• Worked closely with production team to provide them with necessary materials in a timely manner
• Managed hazardous materials according to established safety guidelines and regulations
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products so they go to the right area

Serves customers according to guidelines, take orders on the phone and in person, prepare high quality
products consistently by following little Caesar's recipes, clean and organize each station and other
assigned areas to keep image of the restaurant. Work the cash register so can be trusted with money.
