I have also proven to be very effective at multitasking and organizing in order to manage and complete a large amount of complex tasks, and a proficiency in problem solving when faced with challenges and obstacles while completing them. I received Auto claims (Personal and Commercial) and handled the coverage investigation, liability investigation, and resolution of the claims. This also involved negotiating with claimants to resolve injury claims, and required great skill in time management and problem solving to effectively work through many claims at the same time while addressing the needs of each individual involved in these claims.
I assisted clients everyday both on the phone and in person with a variety of issues and questions regarding their policies and bills, demonstrating the ability to solve many different problems in a fast paced environment. I also pivoted to and generated interest in State Farm products, including Vehicle Loans, Auto Policies, and Homeowners Policies.
I took orders, organized orders, and served food to customers at my time here, building my ability to empathize with and assist customers, as well as demonstrating a strong ability to communicate and work with my coworkers, a very positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn.
