I maintain customer service satisfaction while transporting customers to and from the terminals at Kona International Airport, while also getting everyone to their destination safely. Being able to assist and guide the customers are the most crucial part of the job. Seeing that some may experience difficulties lifting heavy pieces of luggage, it is my responsibility to assist, if needed, and get all cargo stowed away.

As a Technician at ServPro, My responsibilities included demolition and restoration. Working on the Big Island, we serviced everyone around the island. Our typical day consisted of loading heavy equipment, Driving 4 hours (back and forth), carefully and efficiently dealing with water damage, fire damage, mold, and asbestos. I was one of a few people with drivers license, so driving was a lot to deal with.
