By doing this I lowered the company's monthly cost of agency from $500,000 to below $200,000. I was also in charge of recruiting clinical staff to join Liberty healthcare's staffing agency. I was able to recruit over 40 nurses and CNAs to join this agency in a very short period of time, gaining recognition from the owners of the company.
