I began working as a entry level clerk in the Newport office in October 2001. I learned the job from the bottom up. Moved quickly through "several administrations" up the ladder until reaching the highest level at age 35. I did this with dedication, people skills, knowing the job and being the first there and last to leave, and always being accessible to all. I have always excelled at every job I have had based on my ability to understand the needs of the position and understanding people and their strengths. As the supervisor I believe leading by example is the only way to earn the respect of the staff. I also believe that any role within the company is never to small to do. That said I would do what was needed to get done. There is nothing beneath me. I work as a team and recognize it takes everyone working together and communicating to be as efficient as possible.
I am proud to say when I took over as the Administrator, overall employee call outs went from 50% to zero within two months. I was able to run the court at 70% staffing from when I took over and ran it with less issues, conflicts, and errors.

As a child my grandfather had me working at age 13, He was a master cabinet maker and all around contractor. He taught me the way to do any job was the correct way the first time. I fell in love with creating things that would hopefully be around longer than myself. I kept with this my entire life. Eventually getting into epoxy live edgewood tables. The attention to the smallest details have proved to help me across all areas of my employment. I have been successfully in this hobby both personally satisfying as well as financially. I like to challenge my abilities and keep alive the legacy of a man who took so much time to show me how to work and most of all how to do anything I did the correct way no matter how painful or tedious it was.
