Nicholas Damron

• Served as Senior detachment Weapons Sergeant on SF ODA 7313 and 7316. Responsible for all aspects of detachment training and operations CONUS and OCONUS. Currently hold an active TS-SCI Clearance.
• Over 1000 hours of extensive weapons instruction taught to SOF, Conventional Forces, SOF Partner Forces and various Government agencies ISO both combat operations and Counter Narcotics trafficking/ Counter Illicit Drug Trafficking.
• Maintained 1.6 Million dollars worth of equipment and weaponry with 100% accountability and no loses over 7 1/2 years.
• 7 deployments ISO USSOCOM strategic objectives to include, Afghanistan, Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador and Belize.
• Schools: Ranger School (Distinguished Honor Graduate), Halo School, SOF Sensitive Site Exploitation Course, SF Advanced Urban Combat Course, SOF Breachers Course, SOF Missile defeat Course, and Special Forces Sniper Course II.

Attended and completed the Special Forces qualification course as a Special Forces Weapons Sergeant.

• Completed 2 years of training focusing on Small Unit Tactics, Unconventional Warfare, Foreign Internal Defense, Counter Terrorism, and SERE-C
• 6 months of SOF language training in Brazilian Portuguese.
• 16 weeks of weapons instruction with focus on employment and repair covering over 100 various small arms, machine guns, mortars and anti tank weapon systems.
• 4 weeks of advanced training on planning and execution of mounted and dismounted combat operations

Awards Received: Basic Leadership Course Commandants list, Ironman Physical Fitness class winner, Honor Graduate amongst SF Weapons Sergeants, Commandants list for SFQC class.

• Served 8 months with Secret Service conducting PSD for former president Barrack Obama in 4 different states and 2 different countries.
• Maneuvered communications vehicles, intrusion detection equipment, and other special-purpose equipment to facilitate operations.
• Operated security console equipment to monitor and control access.
• Conducted background checks on new personnel to certify security clearance.
• Developed security plans and procedures to protect personnel and assets.
• Instructed on military and civilian law enforcement policies and procedures.
