We’ll my names Nicholas Daniels, I’m 28 and I live in this awesome state of Rhode Island! I am very patient and accepting and understanding as (i have a 9 y/o autistic step son who’s not verbal ) he’s awesome but I’m also practical I am experienced and I know I am a very good fit for this job, I have dealt with a very WIDE arrangement of people weather it be siding with them to do the right thing or to diffusing a situation which I’m very good at (using words obviously) but, the customer always comes First! And that’s what it just comes down to my job is not done unless the customer is 120 percent satisfied even to the point where they want to talk to my manager or leave a good word at my last job I showed her how and she even went online out of her way to give me a awesome review! In a way I believe my autistic step son taught me how to read body language more than anyone could better because he’s non verbal but yet I can understand everything he wants which to me it’s crazy but I just know and have a sense for it. I understand everyone has stuff going on and you never know what there going through and it all starts with the tone and mood you answer the call with will usually determine how the call goes, I’m a firm believer in that. My job is not done until every single person I myself and the others that will listen to me are accomplished And happy 100 percent or more. I know I will be a awesome fit for this job.
•I worked on motors ac/dc from trains to regular old bench grinders.
• stripping electric motors to the bare core, sandblast the core until it is completely clean no chips of paint no sand nothing, then then I remove after blowing off with high pressure air, then start the project of actually installing all new parts and rebuilding the motor.
• with the sandblasted shell then copper wires need to be placed in sequence inside of it called ( winding room) after there installed the whole assembly then gets dipped into a solution that resembles epoxy and prevents and insulates certain parts from coming apart by magnetism which is pressured by vacuum into each and every crevice.
• then once dries well overnight it’s ready to have a armature ready that fits inside by the type of motor it is (regular old bench drinder or a brand new train that’s carrying passengers across the globe.
• once the bearings or roller bearings are packed depending on what model of motor it then gets installed on the end of the armature that was rebuilt for the rebuilt rest. There the bearings get pounded in to both ends one is called the end cap the other the shaft end.
• The next step is adding the finished end covers that were freshly sand blasted, blown off, wiped with a non oil based cleaner so paint sticks to the upmost quality. And then the end caps you got the shaft you put through each hole on each side. Bolt in the 5 or more screws to the plate and you have a completely rebuilt from top to bottom electrical motor
• Helping people organize on and off tractors for the hayride, helped hold pumpkins while they walked on, helped Small kids as they walk up the ramp to get on the wagon to go back to the front of the farm.
• Helped people load and offload tractor, worked multiple side games/ carnival rides during the Halloween time and dealt with thousands of people between hayrides, coordinated the phones and the lines, manned multiple lines on the phone for hours
• Helped customer in words and also by showing how more so how the task is done at a pace they understand and can comprehend in a way they prefer.
• love helping people find and help in a way they need done, honestly not sucking-up, but it does really helps me feel accomplished that they found what they were looking for/ needed.
