Rigorous field competencies that test mind and physical abilities in climbing, equipment, distribution, transmission, underground, groundman, overlashing, transformers, live-line equipment and maintenance, overhead secondary, material identification, general line construction and chainsaw safety and maintenance. Performing skills such as single arm and double arm change outs, dead end insulator change out on distribution system, assemble and tension down guys, proper installation on EPZ grounding, delivering 3 phase power with a open and closed bank system, performing safe transfers with secondary lanyard on poles and transmission H structures at heights of 25ft-55ft. Operating digger derricks and bucket trucks, pole setting and removal, basic operations of bucket truck and ariel rescue.

Becoming a new and full time dad, working from home and being self employed to have a flexible schedule. Working as a mechanic with Lidie Powersports controlling job overflow performing engine rebuilds and periodic maintenance. Working in areas tree trimming with Shasta Tree Pro and creating defendable fire space on properties. Rewired and replaced faulty electrical components in equipment in homes. Completed repair jobs to restore functionality to electric and plumbing systems. Installed lighting fixtures to improve lighting and increase energy efficiency.
