My role involves preparing and serving ice cream, açaí bowls, and coffee, all while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests. Whether it’s sparking conversations with strangers or keeping lines moving with a smile, I’ve learned how to connect with people, manage a fast-paced environment, and keep the energy positive and fun.

In my role as a busser, I was responsible for maintaining a clean, organized dining area and ensuring quick table turnover to support the restaurant’s fast-paced environment. I worked closely with servers and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly, especially during high-volume hours. Beyond cleaning and resetting tables, I took pride in helping maintain a positive guest experience by being friendly, approachable, and proactive—building brief but meaningful connections with customers and contributing to the overall flow and efficiency of the restaurant.

As a dispatcher for a towing company, I was responsible for coordinating emergency and non-emergency towing services. My main duty was to communicate with local police departments, town officials, and stranded drivers to efficiently assign towing calls to our drivers. I managed incoming calls, assessed the urgency of each situation, and used mapping tools to dispatch the nearest and most appropriate vehicle. Working night shifts taught me how to stay calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and maintain clear, professional communication during stressful situations. This role gave me a strong foundation in customer service, problem-solving, and logistical coordination.
