I built a successful tenure with the Vitamin Shoppe. I started as a part-time health enthusiast and quickly worked my way up the ranks to become a full-time key holder, and shortly after, I was promoted to assistant store manager and then to a traveling manager. I was selected to work in the company's growing leaders program, and from there I hired and trained over a handful of new employees. I also went on to start online courses and earn certifications in tech and IT to continue growing and expanding my road to success.
