I started as a labor hand doing things like building porches framing houses and cutting lawns and power washing then I worked my way up to being supervisor over the work crew and doing the same kind of work but helping new people learn the trade and instructing them on how to do the the work in a proper timely manner I would bid jobs and ensure that proper safety was met in all occasions I would put metal roofs on and I would run heavy equipment like tractor skidsters and tractors zeroturn lawnmower and I also so pulled a 16 foot trailer through downtown fayetteville to different jobs so I am good a pulling trailer and properly securing loads and I am also great when it comes to working with others I am also good a following instructions and learning new things .
