Play a strategic logistics management roll for Arlington County Public Health Emergency Preparedness. Coordinated with DTS setting up and learning a new Inventory Management System (Service Now). Showed that the system previously used exclusively for IT assets has the capability to effectively and efficiently be used for all hardware and consumable assets. This system is to eventually be used County-wide, as the main Hardware Asset Management (HAM) System. Used knowledge and experience to assist and teach other Departments this new Inventory Management System.
Since being apart of the Covid-19 Emergency Response as the Logistics Lead for Arlington County I was designated to create a Logistics SOP for the emergency response and preparedness program. This SOP covers all the duties and responsibilities for the logistics department for any type or size emergency response.
