• in my previous role I have built business relationships, strategic partnerships, and alliances to achieve innovative business solutions to secure a stable business whilst seeking to exceed the needs of the Customer. This is where I have bridged the gap with a structured, strategic leadership style united with a customer-facing commercial team that are responsible for negotiating and drafting complex technical agreements. Furthermore I have enhanced my financial performance management and developed a team that was initially dispersed and now the team are continuing to perform to a high standard and provide an excellent sub-contracted activity. I was responsible for five main (Buy) Industrial Maintenance service providers with an annual budget of ~€12M. Ultimately my main responsibility for this role is to develop and deploy a suitable maintenance plan which will provide the requisite asset availability, safety and product quality for my customers.

Managed and led a team of internal (Make) Maintenance Process Managers over a 24/7 Annualized shift pattern. In this role I Established appropriate maintenance strategies for equipment, process control systems, commensurate with the impact on product Quality

and business interruption. The team had a common goal to achieve their objectives which I was pivotal in from inception to execution.

• Reporting to the Head of Plant Production Support, I am responsible for industrial maintenance personnel and contractors working across shifts to deliver cost effective asset safety and reliability to the Operations customer.
• Protect the safety of maintenance personnel and asset users.
• Day to day leadership of a 24/7 Airbus maintenance team and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain effective customers and key stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and deploy maintenance strategies and tactics to deliver cost effective asset safety and reliability aligned to customer needs.
• Manage the preparation and delivery of the business annual budgets.
• Team engagement through involvement, improvement, communication and development.
• Ensure effective processes are deployed to improve asset performance and introduce new assets and methodologies.
