Plans, organizes, and directs safety activities. Develops policies and procedures for implementing and evaluating safety programs. Coordinates with staff activities and operational sections to ensure safety requirements are integrated into the organization program. Maintains close liaison with federal, state, municipal, and private agencies sharing common safety concerns. Establishes work priorities and maintains systems to effect accomplishment of program processes. Arranges for group meetings or individual instruction through coordination with commanders and supervisors.

- Plans and executes program assessment and inspection duties; analyzes inspection trends and functional requirements

- Responsible for inspections at 300+ total force units totaling 83K personnel at 65 worldwide locations

- Provides executive officers and senior directors recommendations based on unit efficiency, effectiveness, and readiness assessments

- Develops and implements United States Space Force safety and inspection policies and criteria to exceed department of defense standards

- Plans, directs, and coordinates overseas safety programs for 50K+ personnel & units at 32 locations worldwide

- Supervises professional development of 24 direct reports at locations

- Principal advisor to director and senior managers safety programs

- Directs & implements safety policy & procedures on behalf of executive director to 16 units

- Advises director and senior managers in all aspects of safety program administration, mishap prevention, investigation & reporting

- Leads and organizes special interest inspections across industrial and military domains to ensure federal and host nation compliance

- Manages safety programs and training, provides consultation to 7K host/tenant personnel working in 1.5K base facilities valuing $15B
