  • Experience building 4 molds including overmolds and molds with slides, as well as running multiple jobs at one time
  • Manual machining in lathes and bridgeport-style machines with an Accurite control
  • Skilled with conversational programming on Hurco mills with prep, semi/finish cutting, and moldbase work
  • Can easily hold +/- .0002" tolerances in wet and dry surface grinders with some exposure to form grinding
  • Experience with using Pro-E and Draftsight software to manipulate and analyze 3D models as well as to annotate prints
  • Worked 4 weeks programming offline, setup, and running machines in the sinker EDM department
  • Some exposure to fitting and hand-working corner radii
  • Ability to communicate tolerances and expectations of components with different departments to move work efficiently thru the shop
