Led 45+ team members of various level while managing 100k annual budget and a 700 line-item inventory valued at 150M.

• Coordinated and managed successful transfer of 5,947 tons of ammunition, including 79 pier-side evolutions to surface ships, 12 vertical replenishment, and 1,000+ transfers by explosives laden vehicles to aviation squadrons.
• Planned and implemented over-the-road ammunition delivery service to decrease surface combatant underway time and reduce potential hazards associated with high-density coastal navigation.
• Systematically collaborated with 10 tenant command ensuring five programs are adhering to polices, procedures, and objectives of OHSAT inspections, resulting in a 97% grade.
• Liaison between military and contractors, identified projects totaling over 500k, to include magazine corrective maintenance, crew comfort, and equipment repair, which resolved two year back-log of unresolved discrepancies.

Managed 220+ direct/indirect team members in managing the safe storage and issuing of ammunitions in the highly contested regions of the South China Sea. Managed weapons department while serving as Anti Terrorist Watch Officer, Qualification and Certification Board Member, and Quality Assurance Safety Observer.

• Coordinated with five divisions to plan and execute daily break-out, assembly, and issue of over 441,754 tons of air laughed ordnance.
• Designed, developed, and implemented a meticulous plan to validate and rewrite 26 standard operating procedures (SOP's) to be in compliance with Navy regulations/changes.
• Facilitated monthly, quarterly, and annual internal/external audits to ensure 13 ordnance programs which laid the foundation for culmination of ZERO safety mishaps for 2015 global operations.
• Appointed as Command Mentorship Program Manager. Revised the command instruction, held quarterly training for 15 departmental mentorship managers, two monthly departmental audits which raised mentorship participation 100% throughout the command.
• Drove completion of 752 jobs, representing over 12,000 labor hours during a maintenance availability project.

• Led three Course Supervisors and 204 Navy, Marine Corps, and civilian instructors in management of 156 courses of instruction resulting in graduating 2,775 students.
• Supervised 11 formal course reviews, 21 safety and utilization reviews, and 12 training requirements that significantly increased quality training to the fleet.
• Liaison between four learning in make decisions for teaching activities and set strategic goals. Conducted 42 teaching reviews, 14 master training specialist boards, and qualifying 10 Master Training Specialist.
