My work on the floor (in front) included:

• Assisting the sales team with their profit goals
• Assisting customers with picking out clothes to their liking/recommending clothes if they were hesitant
• Checking customers out for other workers (if the day was busy)

I've also been given extra shifts at different locations for whichever staff called out.

Assisting teachers and students (from K-5) with:

• lining up at recess
• moving from class to lunch
• cleaning up after them in class
• making sure they were paying attention
• escorting students to the nurse or the main office
• hosting events that required staff to look over students
