• Responsible for the direct supervision of a seven-person section that processes all customs and immigrations for 49K passengers, 4.5K aircraft, with 1.5K of illegal items confiscated annually
• Oversee aircraft security logistics supporting missions to 12 locations throughout the Pacific delivering essential supplies to special operations teams in deployed locations
• Coordinated six aircraft security teams in less than two hours to bring 319 tons of relief supplies and relocated 2,400 displaced personnel effected by Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines
• Created bag search matrix streamlining customs bag processing for military personnel entering Japan more efficiently .
